I like this kind of Business Practice
Yesterday I received email from PayPerPost customer service. I thought the email reflects PPP's business practice very well so I decided to share with you.
"Dear Postie –
A few weeks ago, between 4/14/08 - 5/5/08, you were approved for an opportunity ID# 23361, Tittle '3gb community'. It has since come to our attention that the advertiser used credit cards that were unauthorized to fund this opportunity. The advertiser has been non-responsive in our efforts to contact them.
You are very important to us and you took this opportunity in good faith so we will pay the opportunity fee from our own funds even though we have been unable to collect from this advertiser. You will receive payment at the regularly scheduled time for this opportunity.
Due to these circumstances, we are asking you to remove your post for this advertiser our blog. To find the post in PPP, under My Account Settings, go to My Posts then click the Date Submitted column. Go to your posts around the dates mentioned above and delete the post associated with the opp ID and tittle stated above.
If you have any questions, please contact Customer Love by submitting a ticket via http://support.izea.com"

Two things I liked about this email;
First of all, they will PAY me for this opp; secondly they are letting me know about this situation so that I can remove it from my blog which I appreciate. I like this kind of business practice, good job PPP!

I got this message too and was very pleased with the customer service! Yaay PPP!
